Mosaic Chilli Tray Our Menus:
All of our meals are prepared from fresh ingredients everyday. We Bake all of our own Cakes, Pies and Pastries. If you have any allergies or particular dietary requirements please tell us on booking and we will prepare a special menu for you - for your peace of mind we will contact you, before your arrival, to ensure we have all the right ingredients for you to enjoy your course without worry.

Breakfast: Served between 8.00am - 9.00am
A Selection of Cereals, Croissants, Bread, Cheeses, Conserves, Yogurt, Fruit Juice. Tea (Herbal/Fruit or Breakfast) or Cafetiere of Coffee.

Examples of Lunch: Served between 1pm - 2.30pm

Candle Holder MosaicWeather Permitting Meals will be served outside on the Terrace.

Evening Meal: Served between 7pm - 9.30pm
*Meals include 1 bottle of wine per two persons.
We have a selection of Red, White or Rose House Wines and Digestifs or Cocktails (charged as extras)


Aperitif: Pastis, Cassis, Martini or Scotch with Nibbles, Olives, Peanuts, Potato Crisps.

Examples of Starters:
Charantaise Melon with Pineau and Cassis (available July – September) – Chilled Melon drizzled with Cassis and locally made Pineau de Charente.
Tuscan Bean Soup – A Creamy Soup of Butter Beans and Garlic. Served with French Bread.
Smoked Salmon Canapes - Pain Grille with layers of Marinated Smoked Salmon and Egg
Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic – Tomatoes Scattered with Whole Garlic Cloves, brushed with Olive Oil and roasted until Sizzling. Served with French Bread.
Spinach Stuffed Mushroom Topped with Cheese – Mushrooms in a Garlic, Lemon Juice, Thyme and Olive Oil marinade, baked and topped with seasoned Spinach Cheese.

Examples of Main Courses:
Summer Vegetable Pie with Herby Cheese Crust – Thick Sliced Leeks, Courgettes and Tomatoes in a Lemon and Parsley Sauce baked with Herby, Cheese Scones on top.
Oven- Baked Potatoes, Leeks and Onions –Layers of thinly sliced Potatoes flavoured with Olives and Parmesan Cheese in a Leek and Onion stock and baked until crisp. Served with Seasonal Green Vegetables.
Vegetable and Bean Mole – A Hotpot of Onions, Potatoes, Red Kidney Beans and Mushrooms flavoured with Cumin, Coriander, Paprika, Lime Juice and Chocolate! Served with French Bread.
Home Made Pizza – Delicious Short Crust Crispy Pizza Base topped with Olives, Onions, Mushrooms, Peppers, Tomatoes, Hot Chorizo, Lardons, Artichokes and Tangy Sheep Cheese from the Basque Region of the Pyrenees. Served with a Green Salad.

Examples of Desserts:
Cinnamon and Chocolate Mousse Cake – A Light, Spongy Sunken Chocolate Mousse Cake flavoured with Local Cognac and Cinnamon. Served with Cream.
Lemon Drizzle Cake – A Speckly Loaf Cake with Dark Chocolate Chunks at the base and a refreshing Sweet Lemon Sauce drizzled over the top.
Lemon and Almond Tart – Refreshing and Tangy. Sweet crust Pastry with a creamy, Almond and Lemon filling. Served with Cream.
Almond Biscuit and Cherry Chocolate Slab – A Slice of Chilled Rich, Thick Dark Chocolate that has been poured over Glace Cherries, Sultanas, Pecan Nuts and Home Made Almond Biscuits. Served with Cream.
