How to Book a Place on a Course or Make an Enquiry

To book a place on a course or to request an information pack simply e-mail:
enquiries@mosaic-courses.com
Please remember to enclose your home address in the e-mail, as our pack is too big to send as an attachment so will be posted 'Snail mail'.
We are happy to reserve course spaces for up to a week so that travel arrangements can be made and confirmed. A home telephone number is always useful when making a reservation.
Some anti-spam filters may block some messages so if you have a hotmail or googlemail e-mail address please remember to add us to your'safe' list in order to receive e-mail replies- thank you.

Your booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30%, and the balance is due one week before your course.*
If you would like to pay your deposit via Paypal we will send you an invoice via e-mail.
Payment can also be made by International Bank Transfer (details available on request).
*We only accept payment in Euros (english price quoted for reference only)
On confirmation of your booking we will send you a receipt.
Angie will contact you a week before your course to confirm all arrangements.
Please note:
•Cancellation received more than 2 months prior to arrival will receive a refund of deposit minus 20% for administration.
•Cancellation less than 2 months prior to arrival will forfeit deposit in full.
• You are advised to purchase Independent Travel Insurance and to bring your European Healthcard with you.
